We sell digital products (EPUB and PDF) and physical products (paperback). Availability and what is included are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Digital purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and read the files for your own use. Team and site licences may be available on request.

Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices, currency, shipping, and VAT (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Your bank may apply conversion fees.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example SkipCash). We do not store full card numbers.
We may refuse or cancel orders where needed for fraud prevention, suspected abuse, or payment issues. If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund the amount paid.

How delivery works
After purchase, you’ll see a success screen and receive an email with a secure, expiring download link.
Security controls
Links may expire, have limited download attempts, and may be rate-limited. We may watermark PDFs with buyer details to discourage sharing.
Keeping access working
If you have access issues, contact support and we’ll help. We may resend links after verifying purchase details.

Shipping and print-on-demand
Paperback orders may be fulfilled via a print-on-demand partner. Your name, shipping address, and order details may be shared with the partner to print and ship your order.
Shipping regions, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and courier.
If stock is limited or printing is delayed, the updated availability will be shown at checkout.

Refunds and support
Digital items
If you have a download problem or accidental duplicate purchase, email us within 7 days and we’ll help or refund.
Damaged paperback
Email support within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or refund.

All content on the Site and the book materials are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Don’t misuse the Site
No hacking, scraping at abusive rates, bypassing security, or interfering with checkout and delivery.
